Job Description 

- Work with Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to align on the focus products to build brand awareness as well as promote such products for the assigned principles

- Aligns and cooperates with Sales, Merchandising Team to ensure coverage, market penetration, product availability and visibility in each area nationwide

- Demonstrates product sampling, conduct effective training on product knowledge and selling points of the products for sales team members to ensure that they will work professional in front of the customers and related business partners

- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary

- Answers questions from clients

- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available (customer oriented)

- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources

- Finds ways to promote and create brand awareness of products

- Researches market situation and fluctuation to make sure continuous expansion and to find new types of customers/consumers and share the information to sales team to prepare sales plan accordingly

- Analyzes and creates a below the line plan for reaching the target market

- Analyzes the competition to create a below the line plan for winning the competition

- Makes product appeal to the target market

- Prepare yearly budgeting to promote the products in each above the line mode

- Makes sure that all below the line marketing plan will meet the timeline of implementation during a given period

- Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product

- Utilize various mode of campaigns: below the line to establish brand awareness on the focus products

- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets deadlines

- Supervise, monitor, control and always make sure optimum performance of all team members

- Makes Proposals and Reports for each project and regular weekly/monthly report with evaluation and plan

- Prepare Yearly Evaluation for Field Marketing Supervisor and the Merchandising Team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English - Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Basic Math Skills, Mastering Product Knowledge, Creativity, Demonstrated Product Management Experience, Courteous, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Sense of Business, Marketing Experience, Target Market Analysis, Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible, Discipline and Self Motivated
  • Male/Female, Bachelor Degree Holder 26-38 years
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales of Pharmaceutical or Consumer Products (minimal 3 years experience)
