v Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production and Cold Storage , pricing, sales and distribution of products.
v The factory General Manager will primarily be responsible for assuring the smooth operation of the 250 person facility.
v Duties: Control all day-to-day operations. Supervise a staff, including Manufacturing, Quality Control, Customers Service, Production Control, Finance and Purchasing.
v Responsible for the facilities On Time Delivery and Quality metrics Organize worker teams and motivate the staff.
v Constantly find ways to increase productivity by better work methods and process automation.
v Regularly and consistently report on the facility’s activities to the Chairman.
v Develop a thorough understanding of custom box manufacturing methods to better suggest improvements.
v Develops strategic plan by studying objectives by establishing plans. Budgets and results measurements allocation resources , reviewing progress, making mid-course corrections.
v Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets and results measurements, allocating resources, reviewing progress, making and corrections & Preventative Action.
v Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field and technical services policies and practices, coordinating actions with corporate staff.
v Build Company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees enforcing ethical business practices.
v Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
v Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials and staff members as necessary.
v Should have great understanding of seafood market trends in Myanmar Foreign Export.
v Must also understand ISO systems

v Minimum requirement of Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
v At least 5-8 years’ experience in similar position within a food Related Manufacturing and Export company (Seafood experience will be an advantage)
v Candidate must be age above 35.
v Strong analytical and numerical skills.
v Should be able to communicate well in English.
