Job Summary
This position's main responsibility is to ensure and monitor Production Planning and Replenishment / availability of materials from both local and overseas suppliers to meet the production schedule and sales demand. Additionally, the Planning Manager will: monitor and ensure Import Licenses for Raw Materials, Packaging Material, Finished Goods are

Job Description/Requirements
Develops effective Production plans to meet customer service needs
Ensures end to end Production Planning with operations, quality and training team for Commercial production and Plant trials with zero downtime on planning part
Ensures sufficient Raw and Packaging Material inventory to allow production to meet sales demands
Manages Minimum Inventory levels of Raw and Packaging and Minimum Inventory Days
Optimizes inventory levels for Raw , Packaging and Finished Goods Inventory, balancing cost and customer service.
Work with Costing / finance Team for budget preparation and adherence
Ensures Custom clearances are done on time and ensuring Compliances to FCPA , Code of conduct guidelines
Anticipates potential risks and challenges and makes plan to handle them in alignment with Plant Manager and team
Coaches, trains team and focuses on people development. Plans back up for each function in his area by cross functional learning to team members
Engages with Operations and other cross functional teams to drive KPIs and Inventory Management Norms
Interface with Suppliers , Operations , Quality , Custom teams to provide inputs , guidance and support
Compliances to EOHS , People system guidelines
