Job Description

Job Responsibilities
•    Providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the products, involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant papers
•    Reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products
•    Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
•    Looking at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability
•    Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
•    Generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colours, fonts and imagery
•    Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
•    Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences
•    Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material
•    Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries
•    Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions
•    Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan
•    Preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses including liaison with production (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines
•    Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts

Requirements
•    Any Graduate (MBA/DMA Degree is preferable)
•    Minimum 5 years experiences in products management and concepts
•    Excellent command of English (4 skills)
•    Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-mail, Internet, Myanmar and English Typing
•    Able to work under pressures and challenging situations
•    Able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
•    Have good presentation skills
•    Able to work overtimes if required
