ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Participate in the Customer App & Merchant App full product enhancement lifecycle, from requirements gathering and prioritization of enhancement requests through design and oversight of implementation
• Drafting the user stories for the new products & Services
• Performing the UAT to ensure that products are built as per the given requirements and developed functionalities are working fine
• Support the cross-functional teams in production deployment sanity testing
• Coordination with merchants, IT & Business team for reporting & integrations
• Able to do market research to get ideas for products that customers will want
• Preparing the project status and update to all stakeholders on the status of the project

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate with a minimum of three to five-year working experience in a similar domain
• Previous experience in mobile money product development is preferred
• Ability to maintain strong relations with all stakeholders and provide technical support
• Competency in training internal departments on new product features
• Needs to have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
