Job Description/Requirements

Functional Responsibilities

The main functions of the Programme Intern include:

Assist in learning and coordination activities, as required, in terms of profiling partners/ organizations,

organizing meetings, workshops, forums and events, and documentation.  

Assist in documentation and information sharing through ACCESS webpage, social media and

newsletter on a regular basis. Conduct media monitoring regularly and contribute in the development of

communication materials related with health activities and cross cutting themes. 

Participate in programme learning, monitoring and evaluation activities to collect or share information

to measure HSS programmes performance, and to address barriers and bottlenecks.

Support and provide inputs in preparing the risk documents and relevant analysis. 

Support the compilation and qualitative analysis of Most Significant Change stories from the projects

shared by implementing partners to the Fund, and producing a success stories publication highlighting

good practices and changes. 

Assist with the compilation, data entry, analysis, and writing of Fund/ project reports, correspondents

and communication materials including 2021 progress and annual reports. 

Assist Health System Strengthening team or Health for All team in development and utilization of

project management tools/ database/dashboards.

Candidates must have graduated within the past three years prior to the application date of the

Some experience in public health, community development, social science or a relevant field is


Minimum 1 year, in project management support, grants management, and/or programme

management is desirable
