Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the project planning, documentation and execution of architectural works
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, MOS
- Carry out inspection, trade demo, material testing and mock up
- Procurement and monitor archi related materials
- Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors
Requirements
- Degree Holder : Architectural or Civil with Archi works experience
- Min 5years experience in related field.
- Work with main contractor/subcontractor experience are preferred.
