Assisting BBCD Team members in planning and budgeting of the project activity in consultation with Project Manager.
Carrying out logistic arrangement support to the project team for trainings and workshops.
Taking responsibility of financial management of collective project activities including the workshop and training under the accountability of Project Manager.
Carrying out procurement of materials and services needed for the project activity in accordance with organization policy and procedures.
Supporting and preparing the field travel and other logistic needs for the project team in consultation with project manager.
Carrying out actively of his/her original assignment of curriculum/training team member in addition to this position.
Participate actively in developing teaching and learning material as related work of curriculum development.
Carrying out additional jobs assigned by the organization in consideration of the current workload and translation of some documents.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor degree
Must have at least Two years of experience working related area.
Must have proficiency in Myanmar, English and prefer in local languages.
Must be ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
Must have ability to cope with under pressure and change
Wiliness to work a flexible schedule
Must be a good team player and able to motivate other team members.
Must be able to work in multicultural with diverse ethnic, religious and institutional Conditions and Terms:
This position is a full-time role.
There is a three-month probation period (unless waivered or reduced).

The duty station for work is Myitkyina.
There will be travel to Kachin State and Northern Shan State associated with this
