- Relevant working experience at a senior level for more than 5 years or similar customer service in hotel or any real estate background on building management
- Understanding of sales activities, marketing and knowledge on contracts and agreements
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Excellent and Fluent in Myanmar and English language – both written and spoken.
- Computer literate & able to prepare and file written reports in proficiency of MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
