Job Description

  1. To understand the raw paddy (wet, dry), rice and broken quality
  2. To understand the specification for the export and local
  3. Testing of moisture, whiteness, size checking with sieves, iodine test, checking the physical analysis of raw materials, test milling and yield and etc.…
  4. Check the data of receiving, sample, test milling, milling and required testing data and collect the data and report.
  5. Check the raw and finished goods keeping quality and make a report
  6. Communicate with team, related department to fulfill of quality requirement and try to smooth quality control process
  7. If non-conformity finding in quality, report and cooperate with manager and team member.
  8. Collect and prepare for the quality data.
  9. To prepare the stock and requisition for using quality control room and fumigation process
  10. Prepare the expense and claim for departmental usage for quality control operator.
  11. To fulfill Quality Control Department KPI, have to communicate with other QC operator, worker, warehouse, production and mechanical team harmonically.
  12. Try to fulfill the requirements of process continuous and smoothly and find out the data and to improve the skill that can be problem solving.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Job Requirement

    1.  Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/ Biochemistry/ Industrial Chemistry and other related fields.
    2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food Industry field.
    3. Strong Knowledge on Quality Control.
    4. Have knowledges in ISO/ GMP/ HACCP and etc.
    5. Able to travel.
