Ensure all company policies, procedure and work instructions are documented a clear, simple and concise manner.
Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
Give awareness of QMS and internal audit training to all staff properly
Coordinate and deal with the third party as QMS
Implement, establish, maintain the department processes in QMS
Assign the internal auditors at respective area as per plan
Keep QMS manual and DOC distribution, changes, amendment, version control up to date for departmental processes properly; List of external DOC.
Follow up to the team as per in QMS
Ensure Quality Management System processes are established, implemented and maintained as per QMS
Report to “top management” on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed
Ensure that everyone in the organization is aware of customer requirements and others
Any graduate with business knowledge as
Minimum experience of (3) years in related fields
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Initiative and highly motivated.
Good understanding & Knowledge of updated management theories and practices.
Have certifications of 9001:2015, 13485, and so on in QMS
Excellent communication skills in English
