Job Description

·         Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquires

·         Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories giving instructions

·         Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook issuing  visitor badges

·         Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed

·         Receive and deliver to respective department

·         Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments

·         Perform other clerical receptionist duties such filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

·         Maintain safe and clean reception area

·         Analyzing what customer, guests what to meet or what they want. Then refer or connect to respective department or person

 

Job specification

·         Any Bachelor Degree

·         One year experience in related field

·         Ages Between 20 – 35 years

·         Female Only

·         Can be use MS word/Excel

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Self-motivated with team work skill

·         Professional Appearance

·         Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
