Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (World Vision)

Job Summary

To Provide customer services; facilitate internal and external communications, hospitality services and travel arrangements for WVM to ensure clear and smooth general administrative service.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Executive level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key responsibilities

 Maintain telephone logbook for international calls and faxes and outgoing mail and document register.

 Phone calls are answered within 3 rings & Calls and messages are transferred to the right staff.

 Record documents/Mails must properly distribute to the right department and person within 24 hours.

 Oversee the maintenance of the switchboard system, notifying the service providers immediately of any

problem with the telephone lines or with the operation system.

 Assist Admin Coordinator on ticketing, hotel booking and bills settlement.

 Timely travel arrangement.

 Can identity at least 3 travel agents that provide the most economical airfare.

 All the visitors are to be referring to the right department or persons.

 Ensure that the reception area is kept neat and tidy.

 Understanding Sourcing Activities for Hotel Air Ticket and Venue.

 Prequalify supplier process & Support Departments/staff on event/workshop, training in Yangon/NO.

 Recorded and filing all the document of Sourcing.

Require knowledge and skills

 University Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

 Experience Minimum 3 year experiences in related work.

 Fluency in both (English /Myanmar) Communication skills.

 Well-developed interpersonal and team skill and proven ability.

 To be flexible in demanding situations.

 Strong organizational and administrative skills Essential.
