  • Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs
  • Take and distribute accurate messages
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and to operate outgoing phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Greet visitors and determine nature of their visit, alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee
  • Respond to routine inquires from internal or external sources, for example on the organization's location, hours of operation, phone lines, or email addresses
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Other ad-hoc Corporate Administration initiatives and duties that may be assigned from time to time


Job Description/Requirements

  • Bachelor Degrees from Any University
  • Must have at least (1) years experience in related field
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel, etc
  • Good in English four skills
