Job Description
1) Carry out paddy transfer and pre-cleaning process for paddy.
2) Carry out bin measurement on every shift.
3) Carry out paddy cleaning and conditioning process.
4) Ensure proper operation of all paddy cleaning and conditioning machines according to operation manual.
5) Carry out product sampling by following Sampling Instruction.
6) Carry out maintenance, servicing, repairing, cleaning of plant and clearing of blockage / spillage during normal operation and maintenance stoppage.
Requirements
1) Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.(Engineering)
2) Possess working experience in food production industry will be preferred.
3) Able to work shifts and overtime whenever required.
4) Able to follow instruction and carry out work under minimum supervision.
5) Possess computer knowledge, able to operate Programmable Logic Controller will be preferred.
6) Able to converse in English.
7) Knowledge in rice Milling Technology.
