Job Summary

Our company is searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Assistant will be responsible to ensure that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Job Description

-General support to the Sales Manager and sales team.
-Update and create sales sheets, logs and reports in Excel.
-Calculate monthly sales numbers and send report to sales manager.
-Preparing, printing and filing/scanning relevant document and forms.
-Order marketing and promotion material and accessories.
-Coordinate and keep contact via mail, viber and phone with sales force in the field.

-Keep record of customer information for daily and monthly reports

-Write daily sales call and report to Supervisor

-Ability to work well in a team.


Job Requirements

-Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

-Proficiency in English

-Track record of over-achieving sales quota

-Solid communication and interpersonal skills

-Customer service focus

-Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

-Basic administration skills

-Diploma/Degree holder
