The Sales & Customer Service Associate [MDY] will perform their duties from the Flymya Retail location and has a dual role. Primarily, they will be responsible for engaging with customer
- Minimum Qualification:Highschool
- Experience Level:Entry level
- Experience Length:1 year
- Assisting customers by processing sales of Flymya travel products like, Flight Tickets, Hotel Rooms, Car Rentals, Bus bookings and etc.,.
- Engaging with customers and passers-by about Flymya Platforms by explaining and guiding them on how to book products via the Flymya website, inside E-Wallets and in the Flymya Mobile application.
- Handling incoming bookings, calculating prices & charges and processing payments
- Resolving customer complaints in person or via phone and mail
- Contribute to team efforts to continuously improve the internal process and procedure of the Sales and Customer Service team.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Excellent communication, social selling, active listening and representation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proven customer support and sales experience
- Experience with ticketing and hospitality is preferential
- Base Salary to be negotiated (dependent on prior experience and skills)
- 5 day shifts within one week period (Monday through Sunday)
