• Any degree Holder (or) Any graduated with Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management /MBA is preferable (but not mandatory)
• Minimum (6) years experiences in Sales & Marketing field
• Excellent and Creative Organizational Planning & Organizing, Information, Monitoring, Meeting Participation ,Training, and Analytical
• Good interpersonal skill, presentation skill, reporting skill, cooperative, motivated, fast learner.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Proficient in English and Computer skill
• Can work under pressure
• Problem Solving Skill, Negotiation skill, Customer relationship Management.
• Team Player With proven ability to work under pressure.
• Must be prepare for the yearly Sales Forecasting Plan and Advertising Plan (All Brands)
• Must have the good creative idea for Sales Strategies ( Sales Policy & Pricing Policy etc)
• Credit Limit setup & Credit Terms Management and Cash Flow Management
• Responsible to monitor Sales Volume and Cash Collection
• Sales Data Formatting for sales admin
