Job Description/Requirements
· - Handle both Sales Department and Marketing Department
· - Work closely with General Manager in the matter of pricings and Assistant General Manager in terms of technical support
· - Seeking technical references and assistance as well for the technical and presales by liaising with Head of QS and Assistant General Manager
· - Develop marketing strategies in line with the company objectives
· - Plan, execute, and manage all marketing activities
· - Coordinating marketing campaign with sales team
· - Managing social media platform marketing
· -Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
· -Managing the creation and publication of all marketing materials
· -Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
· - Manage, plan and schedule for the whole sales team
· - Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of sales & marketing objectives
· - Analyzing, monitoring, and preparing report on the individual sales planning
· - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
· - Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships
· - Generating and identifying leads and potential prospects
· - Linking sales executives to the potential prospects and analyse each and every projects with “Go-NoGo” Processes
· - Managing and handling public relation efforts
· - Know Your Competitors / Customers - Research and find out organization structure of companies / Group of Companies (identifying market targets)
· - Competitor and market trend analysis to help in achieving sales targets
· - Analyse and lead the sales team with pricing and sales technic to win the projects
· - Lead in getting the right influencer for each of the big organization
· - Manage the partnerships in brands or products based in market analysis
