Manage sales for Modern Trade/Key Account channel.
Prepare sales orders, seasonal sales promotion, activation & product Sampling plan in Modern Trade/Key Account.
Develop and maintain relationship with Modern Trade/Key Account.
Deals the authorize person in Modern Trade/Key Account about display areas
To rive sales execution according to channel strategy
Deliver the sales volumes target to achieve
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving monthly target of selected customers.
Weekly discuss with SSV about the sale achievement compare the sale target.
Monitor catalog promotions of each Modern Trade/Key Account, check stock status and allocate products.
Maximize brand image at outlet level (POSM, display stock, in store merchandising).
Coordinate with digital marketing team in terms of products.
Conduct frequent market intelligent (price, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions).
Prepare quarterly and yearly rebate to Modern Trade/Key Account.
Process procedure for opening new accounts (contract, credit).
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications
Any Graduate
Skills/Competencies
2-4 years working experience in HW field
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
Excellent Self-motivated, interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to lead the implementation of innovation
Wiling to learn and take extra workload and working under pressure.
Self-motivated, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong communication & negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
