Job Description/Requirements
- Manage Sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Responsible to meet planned sales goals
- Set the individual sales targets with the sales team
- Track the sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Prepare reporting as needed
Job Requirement
· Any degree holder, (More preferred Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management)
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Ability to lead a sale team
