- Ability to work well within a team environment. (sales and after sales team)
- Help execute sales processes anyway necessary
- Need to familiar and run and apply document process for HP Auto loan with banks, insurance. Experience and have good relationship with tax office process, RTAD,YGN slip process etc..
- Takes sales documents information and puts it into an easily readable format
- Working together with sales team and makes sure that sales persons are on track for delivering the vehicles on time to achieve sales goals by providing and support required documents process in time.
- Working with other departments team (logistic and admin) to make sure that documents and info required for process are provided in time for sales team to complete process.
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
- Basic administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
· University bachelor degree holder
Must have experience and in the following.
· Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word, Office suite
· Must have good writing and reading skills
· Must have experience with import permit, RTAD process ,Tax office , YGN Slip process, Bank Auto loan HP process.
·
Driving skill is also required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
· Must have good personality, positive attitude.
· Must have at least medium level English 4 skills since the candidate needs to adapt and follow the instructions of the JLR standard.
· Willing to do over time when needed.
