-       Degree holder, Degree in business administration or relative field

-       Able to speak Burmese and English (oral, reading and writing)

-       At last 3 years working experience in secretary focus on general secretarial duties

-       Proficient in Microsoft words, Excel, Power Point, email and internet.

-       Excellent organizational and time-management skills

-       Integrity and confidentiality

Job Descriptions

-       Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person

-       Manage schedules and calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents.

-       Make travel arrangements for office personnel

-       Maintain a content management system

-       Track inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary

-       Write and distribute routine correspondence

-       Compile data and prepare reports
