Job Description 

• Provide effective administrative and secretarial support 

• Arrange meetings and take minutes for record

• Prepare presentations/report as assigned

• Handle confidential documents

• Conduct travel and accommodation arrangements as required

• Other general tasks assigned by management


Requirement

• A Bachelor’s Degree is a must 

• Age between 25 to 40 

• At least 3 years’ experience in related field 

• Good English and Chinese skills to be prerequisite

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Must have good personality and communication skills
