Responsibilities and Duties
Ø Daily prepare payment, checking and compare previous payment and write check it for Branch.
Ø Daily National sale report by all principle Check daily payment cover sheet, daily issue and submit.
Ø Daily cash checking and delivery report checking by rotating.
Ø FA depreciation journal and sales journal entry by monthly.
Ø sale journal entry by monthly.
Ø Warehouse gate transfer charge reported by branches by monthly.
Ø Discount Allowance, Commission, Incentive & Other Income A/C closed & check by Nationwide by monthly.
Ø LM dealer expense prepares and checks with detail monthly.
Ø HO leaves checking with leave form by Monthly.
Ø Overtime calculation with HR record and concern department form by monthly.
Ø TA calculates by TA form and T-sheet report by monthly.
Ø Income tax & SSB journal entry by monthly for principle.
Ø Monthly Fixed Asset taking with Admin staff.
Ø Stock report issue, check and report by principle.
Ø Monthly Detail sale report by all Principles.
Ø Bank update for MCB & MEB statement by monthly.
Ø Monthly & Weekly check for MD's suspense of Bank credit card and reported by monthly.
Ø Bachelor Degree in B. Com/B.Act with CPA (or)ACCA part II preferred.
Ø Maximum 7 years’ experience in related filed.
Ø Critical thinking, Excellent analytical, Reporting skills and good communication skills.
Ø One or more years of leadership experience included
Ø Must be used MBC and ERP software.
Ø Business English Communication skill.
Ø Travel may be required to other office location.
