Job Summary
The Senior Accountant reports to Chief Accountant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, perform reconciliations, general ledger accountability, and financial reporting, assist with audit preparations, as well as financial profitability analysis and other special projects as assigned.

Job Description/Requirements
Report AR aging daily and work closely with AR to conduct follow up overdue payments
Administer the development and processing of account payable using SAP and on time payment of vendor invoices, fees, taxes and other company rules
Work closely with vendors on accounting related matters
Reconciling the company’s bank statements and cash book
Reconciling SAP and manual report daily
Dealing intercompany transactions
Manage month end closing for Account payable, Account receivable, other receivable, other payable and other notes to financial statement and submit CA to meet deadline
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Prepare documentation for external auditor and relevant authorities
Periodic checking general ledger for the correctness of recording.
Assisting with preparing cash flow projection.
Preparing financial reports
Preparing weekly, quarterly and annual tax return
Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Undertake other duties as required by CA to meet department objective
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
