· Manage office supplies stock record and place orders.
· Purchase the materials supply to organization.
· Handling the payment request to MD and follow up
· Must be maintenance of Office Assets and keep record.
· Arrange the travel ticket booking and hotel booking for local and oversea trip.
· Maintaining the documentation of the administrative process.
· Prepare regular reports on materials usage and petrol usage for car and generator.
· Follow the instruction and handle other Admin tasks depend on situation.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
