-To manage Kissflow Applications (new applications developing, gathering documents) to get the best solution in time without error or issue.
-To solve issues, errors and user complaints to fix the failure with the specific time and respond quickly the inquiry with the exact information if needed, can negotiate and solve with the Kissflow Vendor.
-To give guidelines and suggestions to team members to improve their skills and developing the applications.
-To coordinate users or requester and our Workflow IT team to communicate and manage CR (Change Request) tasks.
