Senior Executive (or) Executive Manager (HR)

Job Summary

Responsible for overall HR functions

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description

  • Main Responsibilities

    -      Assist and report HR activities and HR operations

    -       Manage and perform HR daily operations

    -       Communicate with branch manager for daily attendance & payroll

    -       Prepare monthly report for HR activities

    -       Responsible for payroll, overtime and other benefits

    -       Responsible for income tax and social welfare according to local labor laws

    -       Manage HR software and staff data

    -       Perform and implement HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/ practices, discipline, training , performance appraisals)

    -       Prepare staff list for promotion who are eligible by policy

    -       Support and assist to the Dy. Head of HR in executing promotion, transfer, performance appraisals and HR budget plan

    -       Monitor contract employees (include new contract, terminate contract, etc)

    -       Supervise and keep staff data and personal file

    -       Communicate with other business partners( include clients, CBM and the related government offices, etc)

    -       Prepare HR related contract

    Job Requirements

    -       Any Bachelor’s degree on higher

    -       Degree or Diploma in HR (concerned with business, finance and HR )are preferable

    -       At least 5 years experience in HR fields and 2 years experience in management level

    -       Strong communication skill  

    -       Understanding labor law is a must.

    -       Excellent in Microsoft Office Series

    -       Problem solving and decision making skills

    -       Ability to work under pressure and working well with team
