Hours:                         45 hours per week

Location:                    Thanlyin IGW Facility Pyin Htaung Kyaung, Lat Yat San Village, 665-D       Kanyinpinchaung (South) Kwin, Holding No.25/2, Thanlyin, Yangon     

Purpose of the position                                                                                                                 

With the supervision of the CEO, the main function of the Senior Facility manager is to be directly responsible of all staff activities, disciplinary, staff job descriptions, training and provide leadership to employees to ensure the data center. One of the main tasks is to maintain of data center equipment and all related infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Support smart campus initiatives by leading the changes in BMS

·         Prepare, analyze performance reports on M&E and BMS system

·         Monitor, collect data, prepare monthly reports and analyze problems

·         Conduct and coordinate meetings with contractors and vendors

·         Monitor and control the expenditures

·         Provide guidelines on the design and installation of M&E and BMS system and work with consultants

·         Liaise with consultant engineers and products suppliers in incorporating maintenance and operation requirements in design and installation of new facilities and equipment

·         Assist in other special duties assigned by Chairman and CEO

Academic and trade qualification

·         Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree

·         Degree graduate in Electrical and Mechanical

Work experience and skills

·         Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive Facility Management experience is required

·         Strong Knowledge in critical electrical and mechanical equipment in Data Center such as UPS, CRAC, BMS and Fire System

·         Able to work independently

Personal qualities and behavioral traits

·         Must have a good command of English (both written and spoken)

·         Team management skills and outstanding leadership skills

Relationships

The Head of Facility with ongoing support and supervision will train this position.

Performance review period: Every six months
