  • Supervises daily Food and Beverage (F&B) shift operation and ensures compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures
  • Manages day-to-day operations, monitors quality, and standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis
  • Maintains the operating budget, and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed
  • Planning and opening of new concepts along with application for licensing
  • Will be managing 2-4 restaurant concepts for The Central, to help gather/hire local floor team including waiters and other supervisors and to source local materials for food and beverages

Job Requirements

  • at least 5 - 10 years of experience as a manager of 50+ seat restaurant
  • extensive knowledge and experience with the POS system
  • assisted with both restaurant and alcohol licences
  • experience with opening a new restaurant (optional)
  • preferably Burmese with fluency in English.
