Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Assist in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Evaluate training programs and suggest future options for continual learning
Design the HRD activities and plan for CSR activities and including health insurance and HSE issues.
Assess employee performance and report any gaps between expectations and outputs.
Conduct training programs that enhance employees’ skills and improve their abilities to work as a team.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best methods.
Support with the hiring method by recognizing applicants, performing reference checks, and issuing employment agreements.
Coordinate education sessions and classes.
Conduct orientations and update records of new staffs.

- Handling end to end HR operational tasks for
designated client such as employment contracting, Employee Relation, Payroll
Processing, Leave & Benefit Management, etc
