Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

▪ Leading a team responsible for Cummins Whole Goods Business (Power Gen and Engine) sales activities – Sales Target, Project Management of the direct reports, Team development.

▪ Drive sales, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

▪ Managing the sales forecast as planned.

▪ Develop opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers.

▪ Follow up payment schedule, and propose solution for any outstanding debt / overdue AR

▪ Manages sales activities of organization leveraging Sales Force Dot Com plat form.

▪ Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

▪ Collaborating with the relevant support function to develop a branding and competitive solution for company.

▪ Liaised with regional team for the stock ordering, project pricing and supply chain related.

▪ Involved in Monthly Line of Business meeting, Monthly Sales forecast meeting, Monthly AR meeting as well as HSE monthly meeting.

▪ Manages compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance; oversees health, safety, and environmental audits

▪ Manages, develops, and motivates employees; completes, agrees to and monitors work plans and Individual Development Plans for each employee.

▪ Performs any other duties as aligned from time to time by the supervisors.


Requirements

▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Myanmar and English.

▪ A strong sense of integrity, honesty, and sincerity in every aspect of your work.

▪ Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

▪ Good interpersonal skills and experienced in multi-tasking.

▪ University Degree in Engineering Discipline, Business, Economic or Science Degree.

▪ Min 5-10 years relevant experience in leading the business entity independently.

▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Myanmar and English.

▪ A strong sense of integrity, honesty, and sincerity in every aspect of your work.

▪ Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

▪ Good interpersonal skills and experienced in multi-tasking.

▪ Experience in MNC for compliance matrix will be an advantage.
