Job Description/Requirements
· Handle to Business operation, Business Training, warehouse , staff recruiting , Call Centre, Service Credit and Financial operation of the related service department
· Service Centre Manage and set up SP (Service point) and business operation for Yangon, Bago, Ayayarwady, Nay Pyi Taw and Rakhine Division
· Training to Service staff (reception & technicians) about the instruction of CSM system, technical training, inventory control, credit control, finance process and business training for Service Centre operation.
· Handle and control service credit related finance from sale & marketing department and shop dealer.
· Handle to mobile phone spare-part stock balance and supplied to related region.
· Training and Sharing instruction about the mobile phone software and hardware repairing course to Technician
· Liaison with the customers to solve their complaints and explain what they want to know about functions and factory fault issue of mobile phone.
· Handle to monthly service work in profit and monthly analysis report to country Manager
· Calculate KPI for field operation team
· Handle to Home appliance repair service, logistic, cash and spare-part control
· Handle to Carlcare Call Centre operation for customer satisfied survey, branding and customer relation
Job Requirement
· 2 to 3years experience in related field
· Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and hardware / software systems.
· Management and Leadership skills
· Good command in English or Chinese
