• Have to be control and manage relate genset service any issue and assignment from superior (Dy MGR/CE/ Sr.MGR)

Job Description/Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Understand to recondition and engine overhaul as technical data
· Ensure fault finding and troubleshot
· Provide the technical data to generator service team
· Share technical knowledge to all engineers, technicians and helper
· Supervise the employee on job site for safety
· Solving any problem related to generators
· Explain operator guide and how to do preventive maintenance to customer
· Report to engineer supervisor what day to day activities of our employee
· Solving any mechanical work with our engineer
· Coordinate to workshop and site in‐charge on day to day activities.
· Manage staff of mechanics and electrical technicians
· Responsible for maintenance and repair and servicing of diesel generators
· Trains the staff to carry out all mechanical maintenance in department
· Determine the Hot air out let system, Exhaust out let system, Ventilation system and Fuel supply system installation.
· Trouble-shoots of diesel engines and auxiliary equipment
· Modifies mechanical systems as required
· Supervises and participates in the installation of the power plant mechanical equipment
REQUIRMENT SKILL
· Background Education- Mechanical (AGTI/B-Tech/BE)
· Computer Skill- Using internet, email, Microsoft, AutoCAD(2D/3D), Adobe page marker
· Language Skill- English 4 skills
· Communication Skill- Listing, Dealing and helping resolved conflicts with customer. Will be able to listen effectively to find the root cause of any issue and communicate clearly and a friendly way to solve the issue and keep the customer’s satisfaction.
· Leadership Skill- Ability to coach, train and motivate team members. Ability to lead a team with vision and mission Challenge and influence any issues to make decisions with a focus on the customer
· Management Skill- Building an effective team
· Planning work schedule Creating, controlling and changing within organization
· Working Experience- At least 5 years in related field
· Driving - Must be have Driving license
· Personal Skill- Must be have technical knowledge
