- Setup CTQ (Critical to quality) dashboard to measure network quality.
- Communicate insights for quality critical metrics improvement and providing network and competitor insights to help them to drive business in focused area.
- Ensure excellent performance quality and user experience in all 4 regions.
- Handling key projects to get the best results for business and leading cluster based operating model
- Interface to business team related to network performance, queries and information sharing.
