Job Description

Explain to customers to work orders to establish the nature of appliance malfunctions.

Clean equipment and tools to repair the goods in good working order.

Keep the goods in proper order (before repair /after repaired).

Observe equipment in operation to detect potential problems.

Explain to customers how to use the products.

Can travel any time to work sites to perform installation, repair or maintenance work.

Confer with coworkers to resolve the product problems.

Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.

Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.

Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.

Build positive relationships with customers.
Follow the assignments from (HO) Service Manager.


Bachelor Degree and related Diploma.
At least (3) years working experiences in related field.
Candidates must be highly analytical and effectively able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements and other issues.
Aside from technical skills, prospective candidates should have can-do attitude, customer oriented, good communications, teamwork.
Age : 30 and above
Able to communicate in English.
