- Handling Incoming & Outgoing Call from Customer & Dealer.
- Receive repair units from Customer & Dealer. Inform & Follow up for repair units situation process to Customer & Dealer.
- Some inconvenience occurred by Customer & Dealer can be solve or communicate with Senior Technician and Team Leader.
- Can Handle Customer & Dealer issue, solve & share clear information to Customer or Dealer.
- Need to work together with Consumer Electronic Technician. Able to learn Consumer Electronic repair process from Senior Technician.
- Must be pass for Highest Education ( more prefer Graduated or Diploma in Engineer )
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service & can use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication Skill & Personality.
- Must interesting in Consumer Electronic repairing & can work with team.
