· Lead and manage team members of settlement department
· Responsible day-to-day settlement of the Customer Application, Agent Application, and Merchant Dashboards.
· Handle reconciliation of all transactions and transaction related disputes for customers, merchants, or agents.
· Ensure fraud is not committed internally.
· Ensure that the accounting flow, and work flow are up to the Central Bank standards.
· Daily, monthly, and year accounting report to Management.
· Prepare reports for the Central Bank as required.
· Bachelor’s Degree holder/Prefer Diploma in Banking
· Minimum 3 years in Financial field/banking/ E Wallet experience.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Strong knowledge of MS- Excel spreadsheet.
· Good command of English and Myanmar language
· Proactive and ability to work independently
