Job Description


  • Work with Events, Production, Online Marketing and Editorial teams to ensure their activities and products are successfully monetized
  • Develop commercial partnerships with outside organizations to achieve Duwun’s goals.
  •   The allocation of accounts to the team members.
  •  Management of sales pipelines and opportunities of his own team to achieve monthly targets
  • Forecasting of team performance.
  •  Ensure all documentation (Contracts, pro-formats) are turned in on time
  • Creation of special sales packages/offers for target industries
  • Share requirement of target industries in terms of media output
  • Market intelligence for assigned markets
  • Approval of Discount (within 15% range)
  • Responsible for OKR calculations for his/her team members
  • Coaching on individual team members
  •  Budget Management
  • Reporting on performance of the team members and also for revenues
  • All other Sales, Marketing, Events and Business Development projects as assigned
  • Ensure CRM is well managed and updated for management decisions


  • (5) Years of experience in relevant fields
  • Fluency in Myanmar and English Languages
  • Strong understanding of Myanmar Business environment
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering attractive sales packages
  • Proven understanding of systems and sales operation design
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and applications
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset
  • Proven record of sales target achievements
  • Strong Relationship building with multiple stakeholders
  • Project management background
  • Repatriates preferred
