Sr Executive (Dy Section Head-Agent Management )

Main Responsibilities

1.      Monitor Agent Management business through supervision of Agent Network Development

2.      Assist in strategy formulation for business expansion and suggest operational modification

3.      Monitor and ensure smooth operation of all processes related to Agent accounts

4.      will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction especially for Effective Agent Network Expansion

5.      responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nationwide financial inclusion

6.      Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the deals for successful Agents Network Development

7.      Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

8.      To drive rapid and sustainable growth by training the team members who driving for higher acquisitions of our products for Agent Network Development

9.      Understand the needs of our partners by monitoring our competitors and market trends

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Retail Banking Experiences is preferred)
  2. Male or Female at age 25 - 35 
  3. Expert Level of verbal and written communications in English & Myanmar
  4. Experience in Project Management Tools & Microsoft office Applications
  5. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  6. High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills at multiple levels
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment and multi-task
