Job Summary

Support the day-to-day activities of our HR and Admin department.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Assist to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Provide support to employees in various HR and Admin related topics
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
  • Overview Invoice and expenses management.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding HR and Admin issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
  • Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate; prefer in Business Administration or Business Management
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR and Administration
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Experience in working with similar organizations or institutions will be an added advantage;
  • Should be able to work independently in a diverse environment
  • Strong understanding of and the ability to interpret and action labor laws.
  • Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
