Strategic Partnership Manager

Job Description

  • Identify and nurture relationships with key stakeholders with potential business partners
  • Leads in developing business partnerships and growth strategies
  • Drives new business propositions and identifies promising opportunities, plans for, and participates in corporate sales calls, coordinates bid development and offer development processes
  • Manages and maintains the partnership development plan and assesses risks to commitments for securing profitable and sustainable business growth in line with targets
  • Maintains proper records and logs on business development contacts, activities and events
  • Makes business projections and liaise with key stakeholders to obtain relevant approvals
  • Develops strategic business proposals for presentation to potential business partners and negotiate a win-win outcome
  • Creates market awareness and interest, and develop and maintain brand image with the stakeholders
  • Evaluate new and emerging technologies, partnership opportunities, and other relevant factors to assist in the identification of new business opportunities
  • Assist in implementation of partnership projects as needed
  • Coordinate between various functions to develop and maintain successful partnerships
  • Meet annual, pre-determined partnership goals and programs
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree required; advance degree preferred
  • Must have background in sales, business development, relationship management or any other related background 
  • Ability to access information and gain knowledge of issues in the business arena
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while effectively meeting deadlines
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills in both Burmese and English languages
  • Proven history of developing partnerships with organizations
  • A self-starter and able to work independently
  • Strong business acumen and has strong financial literacy to be able to develop financial models and projections.
