Job Description/Requirements

-Responsible to launch new franchised shops/HS shops as per roll-out plan nationwide
-Solve the customer complaints  and support day by the day operation management  of franchised shops/HS shops and dealers
-Monitor the  weekly  sales result,  forecast and analyze the sales performance and plan and take action for the countermeasure to achieve target 
-Introduction of system and train to in-use (monitoring sales/purchase/delivery/stock)
-Analyze current market condition and perform to develop a new product or project  align with respective team

-Building effective working relationship

-Strong Communication Skills, Planning, Training

-Product Knowledge

-External Relationship and Engagement

Skill/ Knowledge

-Minimum 3 years and above sales Experience

-Any Graduate
