Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently complete Japanese cuisine such as rolls, rice bowls, sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki dishes, etc.

2. Research and develop popular Japanese dishes (rolls, rice bowls, sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki and other Japanese dishes)

3. Responsible for cleaning the work area;

4. Receipt of food materials;


1. needs more than 5 years of experience in Japanese food;

2. Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of sushi/teppanyaki equipment and other kitchen equipment;

3. Familiar with raw materials and quality to ensure product safety;

4. Good health, able to pass the food health examination;

5. Love research and learning, work conscientiously and responsibly, and obey the arrangements of the chef/department manager.
