We are urgently looking for Training and Development Supervisor - (1) Post- (Female)

Salary Range: Negotiable

Location: Latha Township

Job Description:

Work closely and under the supervision Sales Director to

•    Design, construct and maintain Sales Training program

•    Implement and conduct an Initial Sales Training Program (ISTP) for new hires

•    Conduct Sales Training according to the company’s sales policy

•    Teach the best sales approach according to the company’s sales strategy

•    Work with the new hires to visit clients as an integral part of the training technique

•    Bring new hires to a standard at which they can be passed on to join experienced sales teams

•    Assess progress & competence of each trainee and Review results of training for each trainee

•    Prepare Sales Training Programs for experienced sales staff “Refresher Sales Training”

Job Requirement:

•    Must have a Bachelor Degree

•    Fluent in English

•    Must have Business and Digital Ads knowledge

•    Able to apply well related workplace digital tools

•    Proven 3 years working experience in related field

•    Good Interpersonal and presentation skills

•    Adaptable, flexible and open to change

•    Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight time framers
