Job Description/Requirements
Assist and prepare the documents, when receive the job order from CS team
Ensuring and accurate receive Invoice or Documents (Toll fees, Lift on/off fees etc..) from truck drivers when they return to office and clear cash advance with finance team
Assist Data entering to system as receiving and updating of the jobs
Monitoring the jobs and record proper documents and data updating
Assist to senior officer for report preparing to team leader
Ensure and checking detail the document of cargo and container receiving and delivery activities
Collect the truck kilo, fuel usage recording and reporting for driver allowance calculation
Assist and taking the responsibility of any require jobs assignment from team leader
Requirement
Any graduate
Good in computer using skills
Working experiences with trucking is preferable
