Main cash maintenance and arrangement of payment to employees for operation expenses

Job Description/Requirements

- Make sure accuracy in handling main cash for operation expenses
- Daily expenses issues to employees and record in SAP
- Inform and remind employees by email or phone to employees for cash refund and issue
- Follow up for outstanding advance payment
- Manage daily cash flow and reconcile report to superior
- Ensure physical cash balance and system balance accuracy on daily basis
- Payment voucher filing on daily basis

Job Requirements

- B. Com or B. Act or any bachelor degree holder with LCCI Level III completion
- At least 1 year experience in related field is preferable

- Accounting knowledge
- Strong communication across different functions in the organization
- Honest and hardworking
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
