- Make sure handling petty cash for operation expenses

- Daily expenses issues to staffs and record in SAP

- Inform by mail or phone to staffs for cash refund, issue and remind

- Follow up for advance payment outstanding

- Daily cash flow and reconcile report to superior

- Physical cash balance and system balance accuracy on a daily basis

- Payment voucher filing on a daily basis

Job Requirements

- B. Com or B. Act or Any Bachelor with LCCI Level III

- One year experience in related field preferable 

- Sound knowledge in accounting

- Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools, Microsoft Excel skill is a must

- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
