1.To support users in printer troubleshooting,system error,email and other issues that relate with PC with complete solutions in timely.
2.To solve the user's error tickets which comes from Ticket system effectively within the shortest length of time.
3.To support in maintenance and delivery process for PCs which comes from State & Regional users as high priority to reduce business delay time.
4.To do PC kitting process for User's PC and Inventory PCs.
5.To communicate with vendors for PC repairing and other related processes.
6. To provide the training to JO users when we have new procedures and flow related with JO PCs to get the user awareness and make the smooth operation
7.To do PC UAT testing before final project roll out plan to reduce user's PC problems.
